2.) The column that shows limitations on Germany's colonial power is the,"Territortal Losses" column, some specific limitations are that Germany returns Alsace-Lorraine to France and Germany surrenders all of its overseas colonies in Africa and the Pacific.

The column that shows limitations on Germany's military power is the,"Military Restrictions" column, some specific limitations are that there were limits set on the size of the German army, Germany was prohibited form importing or manufacturing weapons or war material, and Germany was forbidden to build or buy submarines or have an air force.
4.) I think these provisions against Germany made the citizens feel like they were being soled out as the only threat to the League of Nations and that they were not being trusted at all. I think this might have added tension between Germany and the League of Nations also.
