ReplyDelete2)they must balance their goals because if they hold their goals over their people then they will most likely be in disagreement and there would be more chance of the people going against the king because no one person has the same goals and if the king was to choose the peoples opinions over his own goals then there is a chance that the country would go to ruins and the king would never have a chance to posibly make the country better.That is why they have to balance their goals and the people of the state.

They have to because the rulers try to make everyone happy. They cant just try todo what they want todo they have to try to have people stand behind them and suport it.
The realationship between the ruler and the state is the ruler made all the rules and made up the kingdom and they make things up but the state is the rules they made up but they were proved.
